The approximate boundaries of parks and open
space which the Village intends to acquire for the recreational use
of residents of the Village of Irvington are shown on the Parks and
Open Space Plan of the Village of Irvington, dated February 27, 1989
(hereinafter referred to as the "Parks and Open Space Map"), which
accompanies and which, with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby
adopted and made a part of these regulations. Said map, indicating
the latest amendments, shall be kept up to date in the office of the
Village Clerk for the use and benefit of the public.[1]
