Dwellings in nonresidential districts. Any lot in an LI, LI2, EZ, or GI District which was in existence and in separate ownership from all adjoining land on May 3, 1988, and which has a minimum of 5,000 square feet of area and 50 feet of frontage on a way which meets the adequacy requirements referenced in §
220-10B of this bylaw, may be used for one single-family detached dwelling.
