There shall be seven members on the Library Board of Trustees,
one of whom shall be the Mayor and one of whom shall be the Superintendent
of local schools or his/her alternate. Five members shall be appointed
by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council.
The terms of the members of the Board of Trustees
shall be as provided by statute.
