The Town Board of the Town of Clinton hereby
and pursuant to General Municipal Law § 85 declares that
a charge per check as set from time to time by resolution of the Town
Board shall be imposed and added to any account owing to the Town
of Clinton where a tendered payment of such account was by a check
or other written order which was returned for insufficient funds.
