The purpose of this chapter is to authorize the Code Enforcement Officer
of the Town of Rush to issue and serve appearance tickets in connection with
violations of state statutes, local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations
of the Town which the Code Enforcement Officer is authorized or required to
enforce.
The Code Enforcement Officer is hereby authorized to issue and serve
an appearance ticket with respect to violation of building, zoning, planning
and fire prevention and safety laws.
An appearance ticket shall be served personally.
