These Design Criteria and Construction Specifications
have been prepared and adopted by the Rush Planning Board in order
to assure the proper design and construction of facilities which will
be dedicated to the Town for perpetual maintenance.
These Design Criteria And Construction Specifications supplement the provisions of Chapter
100, Subdivision of Land, and Chapter
120, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of Rush by providing the technical details necessary to carry out the provisions of those ordinances which deal with public facilities. Building design and construction are controlled by the provisions of the State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.
