As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
AIRCRAFT
Any aeroplane, airplane, gas bag, flying machine or balloon used or designed for the navigation or flight in the air and capable of carrying one or more people.
Except in the case of an emergency, no person shall land any aircraft in the limits of the Borough of Indiana.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined to pay the sum not exceeding $600 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days in default of payment of said fine.
