A.
No aircraft shall fly over the Town limits of the
Town of Bethany Beach at an altitude of less than 1,000 feet above
the highest obstacle.
B.
No aircraft shall fly in proximity of the beach east
of the Town limits of the Town of Bethany Beach at an altitude of
less than 1,000 feet above the highest obstacle and within a horizontal
radius of 2,000 feet of the easternmost part of the beach.
This article shall not apply to:
