Any person hereafter found guilty of selling, hawking or vending fireworks within the limits of the Town, without the written consent of the Town Council of Bethany Beach, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subjected to a fine as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties. Each selling, hawking or vending shall be considered a separate offense for the purpose of this article.
