No person shall focus, point or shine a laser beam, directly or indirectly, on another person or domestic animal in such a manner as is intended to harass, annoy or place such person or domestic animal in fear of imminent physical injury.

Any person convicted of violating this article shall pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties.
