Any qualified voter of the Town who is absent from the Town
or otherwise unable to appear in person on the day of any municipal
election may vote in that election by absentee ballot. Absentee voting
shall be conducted in accordance with Title 15, Chapter 75 ("Municipal
Elections"), Subchapter V ("Absentee Voting in Municipal Elections
Except for the City of Wilmington"), as the same may be hereby amended
from time to time, and any other existing or future corresponding
provisions of law.
