Any duly qualified candidate for the office
of member of the Town Council of the Town of Bethany Beach, Delaware,
shall be permitted to be identified on the ballot by any name by which
he knows himself and by which others call and know him, provided that
he acts in good faith and does not seek to be identified on the ballot
by a name which will be deceptive or misleading or otherwise confusing
to the voters, and provided that such names shall include the candidate's
surname and shall not include any title.

No member of the Town Council, an election official,
Town employee or other individual shall change, alter, amend or delete
that name as designated by the candidate to be the name by which he
so desires to be identified on the ballot.
