For the purpose of this Part 3, certain words
shall be construed to have the following meanings:
Any structure built for the support, shelter or enclosure
of persons, chattels or property of any kind.
Written authorization from the Town of Bethany Beach to construct
or install a building, structure or driveway.

To build, erect, assemble or place a building or structure.
Written authorization from the Town of Bethany Beach to repair
or replace any existing material on or within any existing building
or structure.
To clear, grub, excavate, grade or fill a vacant lot.

That which is built, erected or constructed.
