It shall be unlawful for any person to injure
or carry away any fruit or ornamental tree, shrub or plant that has
been planted in any public place, provided that nothing in this section
shall prevent the Town Manager or his designee or authorized agents
from properly trimming and pruning trees, plants and shrubs.
