In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:9-139, there shall be a Borough Attorney appointed by the Mayor and Council for a term of one year, whose duties shall be as provided by law and the nature of his office.

There may be a purchasing agent of the Borough, appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council for a term of one year. The purchasing agent shall be in charge of all purchasing for the Borough.

There shall be a Construction Code Official of the Borough, appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council, in accordance with the Uniform Construction Code of New Jersey.

There may be a Community Affairs Coordinator of the Borough, appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council, for a term not exceeding one year. The Community Affairs Coordinator shall manage, organize, and coordinate community events and parades for the Borough as directed by the Borough Administrator.
