[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Wharton (Sec. 4-11 of the Revised General Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
It shall be unlawful to operate any type of unlicensed, unregistered, uninsured motor-driven vehicle or conveyance, including but not limited to snowmobiles, two-wheel motor vehicles known as minibicycles, trail bicycles, motor scooters, mopeds and four-wheel vehicles known as go-carts, under the following circumstances:
A. 
On private property of another without the express permission to do so by the owner or occupant of the property.
B. 
On public grounds without express provisions or permission to do so by the proper public authority.
C. 
In a manner so as to create loud unnecessary or unusual noise so as to disturb or interfere with the peace and quiet of other persons.
D. 
In a careless, reckless or negligent manner so as to endanger or to be likely to endanger the safety of any person or the property of any other person.
The police shall immediately confiscate the unlicensed motor-driven vehicle operated in prohibited areas or in the prohibited manner described in § 322-1. The unlicensed motor-driven vehicle shall be returned upon payment of the fine or upon direction of the Court.
Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, General Penalty.
