It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motorized vehicle upon any of the lands owned by the Township of White and maintained and operated for recreational purposes except as operated by personnel engaged in the maintenance work on the said premises.
No person shall discharge any firearms upon any land owned by the Township of White and held and operated for recreational purposes.
No person shall have in their possession or consume alcoholic beverages or habit-forming drugs upon any land owned by the Township of White and held and operated for recreational purposes.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues or each section of this article which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.

All park properties owned by White Township shall be closed to the general public during the hours of dusk to dawn daily, except where authorized by the Board of Supervisors.
All park properties shall be posted with signage that informs that general public of the hours of operation of the public parks.
Any person violating any provisions of this article shall, upon summary proceeding brought in the name of the Township before any Magisterial District Judge, be fined upon conviction in an amount of not less than $50 nor more than $500, or in default thereof be sentenced and committed to the Indiana County Jail for a period not exceeding 10 days and directed to pay the costs of prosecution.
