[Adopted as Ch. 260 of the 1989 Codified
Ordinances]
All boards and commissions existing at the time
of the adoption of the Code of the City of Rockwood shall be continued,
and the members serving thereon shall remain in office for the duration
of the term for which they were appointed.
Unless otherwise provided, any vacancy occurring
in the membership of any board or commission shall be filled for the
remainder of the unexpired term in the manner provided for the original
appointment.
