Article II, Alarm System Registration:
(1)
First false alarm call within one year of first false alarm: no cost.
(2)
Second false alarm call within one year of first false alarm: no
cost.
(3)
Third false alarm call within one year of first false alarm: $25.
(4)
Fourth false alarm call within one year of first false alarm: $50.
(5)
Each additional false alarm call within one year: $75.
Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions
of Chapter 69 shall be subject to the payment of a civil fine of not
less than $50 nor more than $500, plus costs and other sanctions,
for each infraction. Said fines or sanctions may be levied separately
for each and every day the violation continues to exist. The fines
and sanctions provided for herein shall be in addition to any other
remedy permitted under any franchise agreement entered into pursuant
to Chapter 69.
A.
Article I, Cable Communications Franchise. Whoever violates or fails
to comply with any of the provisions of Article I of Chapter 95 shall
be subject to the payment of a civil fine of not less than $50 nor
more than $500, plus costs and other sanctions, for each infraction.
Said fines or sanctions may be levied separately for each and every
day the violation continues to exist. The fines and sanctions provided
for herein shall be in addition to any other remedy permitted under
any franchise agreement entered into pursuant to Article I of Chapter
95.
Cost of removal of signs in public right-of-way: $50.
