A. 
Flood zone certification: $25.
B. 
CAFRA storage fee. A CAFRA storage fee of $50 applies for all CAFRA-related applications, including but not limited to land use regulation permits (LURPs), filed and maintained by the Township. CAFRA applications are based on state law requirements and are permanent records which must be maintained by the Township.
C. 
Rental unit conversion fees. The landlord/sponsor of each rental unit converted to a condominium or cooperative after the effective date of the Senior Citizens and Disabled Protected Tenancy Act shall pay a fee of $75 per rental unit to the Township. Said fee shall be used to offset the cost of the Township administering the statute at the local level.

In the event that an administrative hearing is held concerning the determination of eligibility under the statute, the landlord/sponsor shall pay a separate administrative hearing fee of $75 per rental unit to the Township. Said fee shall be used to offset the cost to the Township of administrative hearings under the statute.
D. 
Fingerprinting: $10.
E. 
Police application fee: The application fee for taking the police examination is $75. This fee is nonrefundable.
