Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed former Art. VII, Labeling of Exit Doors, adopted 5-10-1988 by Ord. No. 2572-88.
All businesses which are located in buildings which contain multiple businesses shall label their rear exit doors with the name of the business, in three-inch letters.
A. 
Any violation of the provision of § 308-69 of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,250. The Toms River Township Police Department, the Board of Fire Commissioners for each Fire District, the Fire Inspectors and the Code Enforcement Officer shall have concurrent jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this article.
B. 
All penalties as indicated in the New Jersey Administrative Code, Title 5, Chapters 70 and 70B (Uniform Fire Code), shall be adopted for the purpose of enforcing this article.
