Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed former Art. I, Huddy Park, adopted 11-27-1973 by Ord. No. 1378 as Ch. 107, Art. II, of the 1973 Code.
All that certain tract of land recently purchased by the Township of Toms River, in the County of Ocean, for park purposes, situate, lying and being between the two bridges that cross Toms River within the said Township, shall be hereafter known and designated as "Huddy Park."
Any boat or boats, yacht or yachts, launch or launches, vessel or vessels of any description, upon application of the owner or owners to the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, shall be permitted to use the docking privilege of said Huddy Park under such rules and regulations as the Township Council of the Township of Toms River may by ordinance from time to time prescribe.[1]
