Township of Toms River, NJ Article III Disposal of Materials and Debris

§ 442-8 Prohibited acts.

No person shall make disposal of any litter, trash, paper, metal, glass, waste or dangerous material or debris on any public road, street or highway or on any private property not owned or possessed by persons making disposal, without the consent of the person owning or possessing the property on which the disposal is made, in this municipality.

§ 442-9 Violations and penalties.

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of Article III of this chapter shall suffer a penalty of $500 for each such violation.
