The legal voters of the Town of North Haven,
in a Town Meeting assembled this 21st day of May 1936, hereby authorize
and instruct the Board of Selectmen to enter into agreements, in the
name and on behalf of the Town of North Haven, with the Highway Commissioner
for the expenditure of all funds now available and to be available
to this Town under the provisions of Sections 512(c) to 519(c), inclusive,
of the Cumulative Supplement to the Connecticut General Statutes.
