In accordance with the provisions of Section
8-27 of the Connecticut General Statutes, no building permit for the
erection of residential dwellings on lots abutting unaccepted highways
in the Town of North Haven shall be granted before said unaccepted
highway has been substantially completed and approved by the Board
of Selectmen or a majority thereof.
