[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Mineral effective 1-1-1982

The Mineral Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., and the Mineral Rescue
Squad, Inc., are hereby recognized and designated to be an integral part of
the Official Safety Program of the Town for the purposes of the Line of Duty
Act as set forth in the Code of Virginia.[2]
