No person under the age of seventeen (17) years shall loiter, loaf, play or be upon the public streets, alleys or public places of the city after 11:00 p.m. and before 5:00 a.m. of the following day, except for the purpose of going directly to or from his home and some lawful place of employment, instruction or amusement. Such person shall have his parent's or guardian's knowledge and consent and shall be in the company of some adult person.
No parent, guardian or other person having the care and control of any person under the age of seventeen (17) years shall permit such person to loaf, loiter, play or be upon the public streets, alleys or public places of the city after 11:00 p.m. and before 5:00 a.m. of the following day, except for the purpose of going directly to or from his home and some lawful place of employment, instruction or amusement in the company of some adult person.
Every person under the age of seventeen (17) years shall, at 11:00 p.m., return immediately to his home and remain there until 5:00 a.m. of the following day, except for the purpose of going to or from his home and some lawful place of employment, instruction or amusement, with his parent's or guardian's knowledge and consent and in the company of some adult person.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before a District Justice, be subject to a fine of up to three hundred dollars ($300.) and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, shall be subject to imprisonment in the county jail for up to ninety (90) days.
