The Butler Bureau of Police is hereby authorized and permitted to use
all mechanical, electrical or electronic speed-timing devices authorized under
the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3368, to obtain information
used to issue citations for violation of the speed limits within the City
of Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
