Beginning January 1, 2006, all contractors and/or
subcontractors doing residential business in the City of Linwood will
be required to possess a valid New Jersey Contractors License. All
licensing fees will be paid directly to the State of New Jersey. Unlicensed
contractors and subcontractors will be ineligible to obtain permits
without a valid New Jersey Contractors License.
Any person, firm, association or corporation
violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to any and
all penalties and fines, not to exceed $1,000, associated with said
offense.
