As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
A peddle bicycle having a helper motor with a maximum piston displacement
of less than 50 cubic centimeters, rated not more than 1.5 brake horsepower
and capable of a maximum speed of no more than 25 miles per hour.
The operation and/or use of a motorized bicycle or any other type of
motor-driven vehicle shall be prohibited along the Linwood bicycle path, located
within the City of Linwood.
Anyone having violated this article shall be subject to imprisonment
in the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days or to a fine not exceeding
$500, or both.
