It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
conduct a business of a gasoline service station in the Borough of
Kenilworth before 6:00 a.m. and later than 10:00 p.m. The hours referred
to in this chapter shall be either Eastern standard time or Eastern
daylight saving time, whichever is in effect in the Borough of Kenilworth.
