Tax exemption for business — See Ch. 53.
Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of North Tonawanda
as follows:
It shall be lawful for the City of North Tonawanda to include
notices, circulars, pamphlets, cards, handbills and printed or written
notices, other than advertising or propaganda material, with the real
property tax bills mailed by the City Treasurer.
Whenever the Common Council determines that a notice concerning
appropriate municipal matters should be included with a real property
tax bill, it shall, by resolution, designate the particular notice
to be included with said real property tax bills.
