[Adopted 12-7-1982 by L.L. No. 4-1982]
This body hereby adopts all of the provisions
and conditions of § 458, Subdivision 5, of the Real Property
Tax Law to provide that if the ratio between a veteran's exemption
granted under § 458 and the total assessed value of the
real property for which such exemption has been granted increases
or decreases due to the Niagara County Revaluation Program, then the
amount of such veteran's exemption shall increase or decrease in the
same proportion as the total assessed value has been increased or
decreased.
