PREAMBLE
We the People of the Town of Lincoln being duly organized as
a body politic under the Constitution of the United States of America
and the Constitution of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations
do hereby establish this Charter toward the end that those services
necessary for the common good may be equitably, efficiently, and harmoniously
supplied. [Amended 11-6-1990]
