The regular daily hours for conducting business
in barbershops in the Township of Nutley shall be from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays,
except Wednesdays.
No barbershop in the Township of Nutley shall
be open to conduct business on any Wednesday except between the hours
of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
The provisions of this chapter with respect
to Wednesday opening and closing hours shall not apply to those weeks
in which a legal holiday occurs, in which case regular daily hours
shall be permitted.

No person or persons shall violate any of the
provisions of this chapter, and any person who does violate any of
the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction
thereof, be liable to a penalty not exceeding $25 or imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 10 days, or both.
