[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village

One calendar day following the effective date of transferring
police functions from the Village of Lancaster to the Town of Lancaster
and upon the acceptance of the transfer of police functions by the
Town of Lancaster and the commitment of the Town of Lancaster to provide
police services to the Village of Lancaster, the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Lancaster shall therefore abolish said Village of
Lancaster Police Department.
