Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 4:1C-11
et seq., the Township of Chesterfield approved a Farmland Preservation
Program for including land in the New Jersey Agricultural Retention
and Development Program in order to preserve land for agricultural
use. Listed below are the locations of land on the Township Tax Map
dedicated to the preservation of farmlands and the ordinances which
approved said dedications:
