[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Buchanan 11-4-1997 as Ch. 22, Art. IV of the 1997 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
GENERAL REFERENCES

Violations of this chapter shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 1-7.
No person shall operate, maintain or conduct a billiard, pool or bagatelle or pigeonhole table, open to the public, without first obtaining a license therefor, as is required in this section. All applications for such licenses shall state therein the intended location of the place of business and the number of tables to be used therein.

The annual fee for such license shall be as listed in the Town of Buchanan Fees and Licenses Schedule for each table.[1]

No premises for which a license has been granted under this chapter shall be permitted to remain open for business between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., except any premises which holds a license under Ch. 125, Wis. Stats., wherein the hours shall be as prescribed in § 339-6 of this Code.
It shall be unlawful for the licensee, proprietor, owner, agent, or employees to allow or permit a violation of any of the provisions of § 377-3.
