There is hereby created the office of Municipal Prosecutor.
The Municipal Prosecutor shall be an attorney-at-law of the
State of New Jersey in good standing and shall be appointed by the
Township Council. He/she shall hold office for one year from January
1 of the year of his appointment and until his successor has been
appointed and qualified.
