[Adopted 12-2-1997]
The Municipal Public Defender shall be an attorney at law of
the State of New Jersey in good standing and shall be appointed by
the Township Council for a term of one year.
A fee of not more than $200 may be charged for an application
for the services of a Public Defender.
The services of the Public Defender shall be in accordance with
state statutes.
