No person shall suffer, allow or permit any
horse, cattle or other livestock which he/she owns, keeps, leases,
harbors or shelters to trespass upon public property or the property
of any other person in the Township of Chester, nor to damage shrubbery,
flowers, gardens, lawns, fields, domestic animals or any other property
of any kind or nature belonging to any other person.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any
of the provisions of this article shall be subject to one or more
of the following: a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000,
imprisonment in the County Jail for a term not exceeding 90 days or
a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, in the discretion
of the Judge before whom such conviction shall be had. Each and every
violation and nonconformance of this article, or each day that any
provision of this article shall have been violated, shall be construed
as a separate and distinct violation thereof. The animal's owner,
or the person to whom the owner has entrusted the animal's care, shall
be responsible for complying with and being subject to this article.
