[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council
of the Borough of Edgeworth 9-9-1968 by Ord. No. 352. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
Authority is hereby given to the Mayor and Secretary
of the Borough of Edgeworth to enter into a new plan and agreement
with the Secretary of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, which agreement shall be in the form presented to
this Council and the subject matter of which shall be the coverage
of the employees of the Borough of Edgeworth by the Social Security
Act of the United States of America. Such plan and agreement shall
retain January 1, 1951, as its operative date.
