[Former Ch. 38, Utilities Authority, Municipal,
consisting of Art. I, General Provisions, adopted 5-1-1975, and Art. II,
County Utilities Authority, adopted 7-3-1986, was repealed 5-3-2012 by Ord. No. O-1-2012. The ordinance further provided for the dissolution of
the Elk Township Municipal Utilities Authority and the transfer of
its operations and activities to the Township. A complete copy of
the ordinance is on file with the Township.]
