It shall be unlawful for any person to park, store or otherwise permit
a truck over four tons gross weight and/or trailers over 25 feet to remain
on public or private property, which does not have a current registration
issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles of the State of New Jersey or by
the Division of Motor Vehicles of any other state or foreign country to remain
for a period in excess of five days.
