§ 39-1 Tax Collector designated as issuing officer.

The Municipal Tax Collector is hereby designated as the official to issue, upon receipt of a proper application therefor and payment of the fees provided under N.J.S.A. 54:5-14 and 54:5-15, a certificate certifying the taxes or other municipal liens or charges, exclusive of assessments, levied against the property described in the application which are liens thereon at the date of the certificate.

§ 39-2 Compensation of Tax Collector.

For the issuance of the certificate hereinbefore mentioned in § 39-1 hereof, the Municipal Tax Collector shall receive a salary of one thousand dollars ($1,000.) per year.

§ 39-3 Township Clerk designated as additional issuing officer.

The Harmony Township Clerk is hereby designated as the official to issue, upon receipt of a proper application therefor and payment of the fees provided under N.J.S.A. 54:5-14 and 54:5-15, a certificate certifying the municipal assessments levied or assessed against the property described in the application which are liens thereon at the date of the certificate.

§ 39-4 Compensation of Township Clerk.

For the issuance of the certificate hereinbefore mentioned in § 39-3 hereof, the Harmony Township Clerk shall receive a salary of one thousand dollars ($1,000.) per year.
