Borough of Old Forge, PA Chapter 294 Speed-Timing Devices

§ 294-1 Use authorized.

The Borough of Old Forge Police Department is hereby authorized and empowered to use any and all mechanical, electrical and electronic devices for the timing of motor vehicle speed.

§ 294-2 Scope of authority.

The authority hereby granted shall relate to all public roadways within the Borough.

§ 294-3 Applicability.

This chapter and the authority hereby granted shall pertain to present speed-timing devices as well as those to be developed in the future.
