It shall be unlawful for any person to focus,
point or shine a laser beam directly or indirectly upon another person
or animal in such a manner as to unreasonably cause harassment, annoyance
or injury to said person or animal.
Any person or association of persons convicted
of violating this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject
to a fine not exceeding $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and, in
default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not
more than 30 days.
