[CHAPTER 569: AN ACT to establish a City Court of the City
of Newburgh, defining its powers, jurisdiction and procedure, both
civil and criminal, and providing for its officers and prescribing
their duties and terms of office, and to amend and repeal certain
sections of Chapter 590 of the Laws of 1917, entitled "An act to provide
a Charter for the City of Newburgh," inconsistent therewith. Became
a law March 27, 1948, with the approval of the Governor. Passed, 3/5
being present.]
