1976 Code)]
All water rents shall be paid on the date they
are due and payable.
Water service shall be discontinued to nonpaying
users for nonpayment of water rents at the expiration of 30 days from
the date when any water rent bill shall be due and payable.
In addition to the discontinuance of said water
supply, a penalty of 5% per annum shall be added to the amount of
water rents due in the case of any user who fails to pay the said
water rent within 30 days from the date said rent is due and payable.
