The Code Enforcement Officer, the Deputy Code Enforcement Officer, the
Fire Marshal and the Deputy Fire Marshals of the Town of Avon are hereby authorized
and empowered to enforce the laws and ordinances of the Town of Avon and are
further hereby authorized to issue appearance tickets pursuant to § 150.20
of the Criminal Procedure Law.
